• Booking fulfilment – contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Name, email, phone, dates, guest count, booking reference, payment ID.
• Check-in & guest registry – legal obligation (HU Gov. Decree 239/2009, VIZA reporting, tourist-tax records). Identity data, travel document.
• Invoicing – legal obligation (HU Accounting Act). Invoices issued via Számlázz.hu.
• Online payments – contract. Card data is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.; we never store card numbers.
• Guest support and AI assistant – legitimate interest. Chat history kept ≤ 90 days for quality assurance.
• Push notifications – consent. Revocable at any time.

3. Retention

• Booking & accounting records: 8 years (HU Accounting Act).
• Guest-registry data: as required by law.
• Consent-based data: until consent is withdrawn.
• Chat history: max 90 days.
