Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Rate Types
1.1 Refundable
- Free cancellation until 23:59 local time on the 5th day before arrival.
- Timely cancellation triggers a full refund.
- Cancellation within 5 days of arrival or no-show: no refund.
1.2 Non-refundable
- Discounted rate (−5% vs refundable).
- Booking becomes final immediately upon payment; no refund on cancellation, change, or no-show.
2. How to Cancel
- Sign in to My Booking (or use the link in your confirmation email).
- Select the booking and click "Cancel".
- Refunds are issued to the original payment card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- A confirmation email is sent automatically.
3. Partial Refund & Modifications
No refund for unused nights on early departure. For date changes, email info@centerpointhub.life — subject to availability; rate differences may apply.
4. Overbooking
If we cannot honour your reservation, we offer equivalent or higher-tier alternative accommodation or a full refund.
5. Payment Errors
For failed or duplicate charges, contact info@centerpointhub.life with the transaction ID. Unauthorised charges are refunded within 7 business days.
6. Force Majeure
In documented force-majeure situations (e.g. international travel bans, severe natural disasters) we may reschedule or refund the booking as a gesture of goodwill — even on non-refundable rates.
