2. How to Cancel

  1. Sign in to My Booking (or use the link in your confirmation email).
  2. Select the booking and click "Cancel".
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  4. A confirmation email is sent automatically.

3. Partial Refund & Modifications

No refund for unused nights on early departure. For date changes, email info@centerpointhub.life — subject to availability; rate differences may apply.

4. Overbooking

If we cannot honour your reservation, we offer equivalent or higher-tier alternative accommodation or a full refund.

5. Payment Errors

For failed or duplicate charges, contact info@centerpointhub.life with the transaction ID. Unauthorised charges are refunded within 7 business days.

6. Force Majeure

In documented force-majeure situations (e.g. international travel bans, severe natural disasters) we may reschedule or refund the booking as a gesture of goodwill — even on non-refundable rates.
